Flexible (Asphalt) Paving
Since its start in 1996, EICW was awarded more than 50 contracts to implement flexible paving works that include:
- Scraping old asphalt (if required);
- All necessary earthworks;
- Sub-grade, sub-base, and base layers;
- Pavement layers (prime-coat layer; binder course, tack coat, and surface asphaltic course);
- Road marking.
Rigid (Concrete) Paving
EICW started implementing rigid paving works for roads in 2020. Implementing rigid paving works include:
- Demolition of old concrete (if required);
- All necessary earthworks;
- Sub-grade, sub-base, and base layers;
- On-grade concrete slabs;
- Concrete/ concrete joints;
- Concrete/ asphalt joints;
- Road marking.
